The nation’s enemies
I refer in this case to the Brazilian nation.
Who are such enemies? My answer: All individuals and countries which attack us verbally or by acts. Or by means of physical aggression to our territorial boundaries.
We should not forget that we have also our internal enemies. Those ones that have no respect for our fundamental rigths. Specially our constitutional rights.
The situation becomes even more serious when the offenses are originated from those authorities who, by their duty of office, have taken the oath to respect our Constitution.
The defense of our sovereignty and the public order is incumbent upon our National Armed Forces by comand of our Constitution.
The breach of the internal public order may derive from internal revolutionary acts. But it should never have its origin in any of the three Powers of the Republic.
Regretably, this breach of the public order based on the disregard of our individual rigths has been thriving within the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) in disregard of its duty to respect the law and the Federal Constitution.
Acts and decisions of the STF that overlap our individual rights are deprived of constitutional validity. Their authors are liable not only to an impeachment trial, but also to be treated as internal enemies of the nation. And, by consequence, should be dismissed of their posts by decision of the Brazilian Armed Forces so as to reestablish the internal public order and the effective guarantee of all of our individual constitutional rights. The article 142 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution is applicable therein.
